Our team brings together field experience, practical organization, and a shared commitment to helping local property owners understand the restoration process. We believe customers should know who is involved, what each person does, and how decisions are communicated.
Rafael founded Water Damage Restoration La Habra in 2019 after working in property maintenance and water-damage recovery around the Orange County and Los Angeles County border. He enjoys explaining the reasons behind a restoration plan and keeps a notebook of lessons from unusual water-damage situations. Outside work, he spends time with family and enjoys early-morning walks through La Habra neighborhoods.
Elena helps organize service requests, customer updates, scheduling conversations, and project documentation. Raised in the greater Los Angeles area, she is known within the team for keeping clear notes and making sure questions do not get overlooked. She enjoys weekend cooking projects and visiting local farmers markets.
Daniel focuses on site assessments, restoration planning, equipment placement, and monitoring drying progress. Having worked on properties across southeastern Los Angeles County and northern Orange County, he pays close attention to how moisture behaves in different building materials. Away from work, he enjoys repairing bicycles and spending time on local trails.
How We Work Together
When someone contacts us about water damage, we begin with the practical facts: what happened, whether the source is controlled, which areas are affected, and whether immediate safety concerns exist. Elena helps organize the initial information and communication, while Rafael and Daniel contribute to restoration planning and field decisions as appropriate. Customers are encouraged to ask questions before agreeing to a proposed scope of work.
We aim to keep restoration organized through assessment, water removal, material evaluation, drying, and final review. If a plumber, electrician, or reconstruction contractor is needed, we explain why those tasks may fall outside the restoration scope. We believe a good result includes not only addressing the water damage but also making sure property owners understand the condition of their building and the remaining steps.
