La Habra became the natural starting point because of Rafael's connection to the area and his familiarity with the neighborhoods along the Orange County and Los Angeles County border. These nearby communities contain everything from established residential properties to hillside homes and commercial spaces. Rather than treating every incident as identical, Rafael built the company's approach around evaluating the actual building, moisture conditions, and concerns of the people using the space.
Rafael now works with operations coordinator Elena Park and field lead Daniel Reyes.
